What is Omega and Zeta? With this cable connector orientation only really matters for cables under 10cm in length. Omega means both connectors point in the same direction. Zeta is where your connectors point in opposite directions. Zeta is helpful for when you are going from a side to top mounted pedal. As suggested though, above shorter lengths the cable used is more than flexible enough for you to twist it and get the connectors going in any direction you like without compromise. So don't threat too greatly over which option to go for but the options is there should you think you need it!
