Why the company Techflex call this braid "Purple" is beyond me... over this black Van Damme XKE Instrument cable its absolutely looking Navy to me or perhaps like some kind of intergalactic blackberry fruit thats been in a fight with a spray paint can! 
 
Anyway, I don't expect this one to be that popular but you can change that.
